Got a call from the clinic to say Occy recovered really nicely from the anaesthesia. When he first recovered consciousness he sat up, but he decided he still felt too groggy so had another lie down for a while before getting up.
He is stiff and sore but otherwise comfortable, eating and drinking. One of the staff got a love bite on the backside from him :-)
