First hurdle passed. Now he just needs to recover and stay in hospital for a few days. He has a tear in the meniscus and associated ligament but only minor damage to the cruciate ligament. So he has a 70 percent chance of returning to athletic performance in about 3 or 4 months. Now I just have to wait and hope.
